The sponsored piercings has led me to wonder about sponsored tattoos. If you're operating in a tight niche market, the adoption of your logo as a popular symbol and creating awareness through sponsoring tattoos & maybe tattoo designs could be a good idea to really achieve cult status. Those Apple apples are a right treat too. What an amazing marketing opportunity for both the brand and the farmer, who can add significant value to his produce if engaging in such promotional activities. Never forget what the real meaning of the word branding is folks.... Be well... Although the coffin skinning is quite extreme, it does represent what I presume to be the next big trend in promotional items: tech device "SKINS". These vinyl, adhesive-backed device coverings serve as protectors, and display custom graphics, images, logos, etc...similar to the coffin above. I've seen them for everything from cell phones to laptops to mp3 players to gaming consoles. With the increase in advertising on television and the internet for these items, I expect to see continued growth in their sales. Although I've recognized them more for personal use, I'm waiting for corporations to catch on to the trend and start skinning all company-owned tech devices with their logo so that their promotional footprint is seen all over the world in meetings, at conferences, in airports...and places other than funerals. Although the number of competitors in the industry for skins is increasing, I've got word that <a href="http://www.uniqueskins.com" rel="nofollow">Unique Skins</a> will soon become the IT site.
